Refund Policy

Hands-Off Futures is operated by SmartKøb DK, Haralds Have 13, 6720 Fanø, Denmark (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@handsofffutures.com.

1. Digital content – no refunds after access is granted

Your purchase gives immediate access to digital content. At checkout you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access has been granted. Therefore purchases are not refundable once access to the Discord server or the TradingView scripts has been granted.

2. When we do refund

• No access delivered: if we fail to grant script access within 72 hours after you entered a valid TradingView username and contacted us, you get a full refund on request.
• Double charge or payment error: full refund of the duplicate amount.
• Service discontinued by us (e.g. a platform policy change makes script access impossible): pro-rata refund for the unused days of your period.

3. What is not a reason for a refund

Trading losses, drawdowns, slippage or delays from webhook-alert execution, strategies performing differently from the hypothetical backtests, problems with third-party platforms, brokers or prop firms, or a wrong TradingView username entered at checkout (we will correct it instead).

4. How to request

E-mail support@handsofffutures.com with your Whop purchase e-mail and the reason. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
